1Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aster Pharmacy website and any order you place with us ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Medicines for children must be ordered by a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate, complete and current information when you register or order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or misuse.

3Products and information

We make every effort to describe products, ingredients, images and prices accurately, but packaging and labels may be updated by manufacturers, so what you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. Always read the label and leaflet before use.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities of certain medicines and may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or unsuitable to supply.

4Prescription medicines

• Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid, legible prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• You can upload your prescription at checkout or send it to us by WhatsApp. A pharmacist will review it before the order is packed.
• We may contact you or your prescriber to confirm details, and we may refuse to supply if the prescription is invalid, expired or raises a safety concern.
• Controlled or restricted medicines are supplied only where permitted by law and may require additional verification.

5Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when your order is confirmed. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you and you may choose to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

6Orders and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once our pharmacist has verified it and we confirm it by email, phone or message. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock shortage, pricing errors, prescription problems or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment already made.

You may cancel an order before it is packed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can be returned only under the returns terms below.

7Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your city and product availability. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of weather, public holidays, courier issues or prescription checks.

• Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number.
• Someone must be available to receive the order. We may need to verify identity for certain medicines.
• Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect.

8Returns and refunds

For safety and hygiene reasons, medicines are subject to strict return rules:

• Unopened, sealed items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened medicines and products that need cold storage cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by another agreed method for cash-on-delivery orders, after we receive and inspect the item.

This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, altered or someone else's prescription or personal details
• Buy medicines for resale or for anyone other than yourself or those in your care, without our permission
• Interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce harmful code
• Copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written consent

10Intellectual property

The Aster Pharmacy name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

11Limitation of liability

We supply genuine products and take care in handling every order, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for misuse of a product, or for use contrary to a doctor's or pharmacist's advice or the product label. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan, unless applicable law says otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
